​Our Journey

*Health Return Mandala Pty Ltd* was founded on May 3, 2021, with a focus on the essence of“touch” healing and manual therapy. Our initial establishment, *Mandala Muscle Therapy & Massage*, offers diverse massage techniques and remedial treatments, including myofascial release, dry needling and cupping to treat various body, injury, and health conditions.

On July 18, 2024, we expanded with a second venue, *Mandala Health Wellness*. This venue combines manual therapy with natural resources like jade, sand, salt, water, temperature variations, hot and cold therapy, alongside advanced technologies such as red light, infrared light, compression, speed and ultrasound to treat a wide range of body, health, injury, and skin conditions.

Our Philosophy

The human body is a complex interplay of water, chemistry, magnetic fields, natural elements, and electricity. Essential elements like oxygen, hydrogen, nitrogen, carbon, calcium, and phosphorus make up 99% of the body, with another five elements completing the remaining mass. Harmony among these elements is vital for health.
